Malek received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, minored in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas in 1986. He has also received ISO 9001 Training and is Safe2work Certified, and has been a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers since 1997. Malek began his career in precast concrete in State of Texas in 1981 and has been with Stress-Con Industries, Inc. since 2007.

Mohamad received his Bachelor of Science in 1984 and his Master of Science in 1986 both in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering from the State University of New York. He is a licensed Professional Engineer of the providence of Ontario. Mohamad began his career in precast concrete in 1998 and has been with Stress-Con Industries, Inc. since 2007.

Ron received his Associates Degree in Business Management in 1996 from Grand Rapids Community College and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Organizational Development in 1997 from Spring Arbor University. Ron began his career in precast concrete in 2006 and has been with Stress-Con Industries, Inc. since 2008.
