Slender fireproof, finish-ready precast columns can be configured to form bays up to 45 feet by 55 feet. They can also be arranged in other bay sizes on a typically 12-foot module. Damage-resistant precast columns can accept direct-applied coverings, coatings or paint to minimize interior obstructions and fit-out costs.  Double tees are used for roofing and flooring, especially in high load bearing situation.
